Refund & Return Policy – Century Wedding Centre

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may return products within 4 (four) working days of receiving them, provided that the items are in saleable condition with:

  • Original price and information tags intact
  • Original folds and packaging retained
  • No damage or signs of use

2. Return Request Timeline

To initiate a return under the 4-day policy, customers must raise a return request within 2 (two) days of receiving the product by contacting our customer support team via phone or email.

Return requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

3. Replacement Policy

All returned items are subject to inspection by Century Wedding Centre’s Quality Assurance Team. Only items that pass the quality check will be eligible for replacement or refund options.

4. Return Procedure

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, customers must follow the steps below:

  • Once your return request is accepted, courier the product to the designated address within 7 (seven) working days of delivery:

  • Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
  • Ensure the package clearly mentions your name, order number, and mobile number, and that the original invoice/receipt is included.

  • Emails regarding defective or incorrect products must include complete details and photographs. The product will be inspected based on the information provided.

5. Proof of Purchase

All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as:

  • Shipping invoice
  • Order receipt
  • Purchase history

6. Refund / Exchange Decisions

After receiving the product, Century Wedding Centre may—at its sole discretion—offer:

  • A credit note/voucher, OR
  • An exchange with another product of equal or lesser value, OR
  • Reject the return request if the item is found ineligible

Customers must bear the return courier charges unless the error was on our part, in which case courier charges will be refunded via credit note/voucher.

7. Ineligible Returns

If the product does not meet the return conditions, Century Wedding Centre will notify the customer. If the product needs to be shipped back, the customer must bear the courier charges.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY

  • Tampered or Damaged Package

If the customer receives a package that is tampered with, unsealed, or damaged, they should not accept it and must immediately contact us at +91 9061720222.

  • Quality Check & Resolution

After verifying that the damage was not caused by the customer, Century Wedding Centre may:

  • Issue a credit note
  • Offer an exchange
  • Replace the product

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

  1. All product details—such as weight, color, handwork, size, and embellishments—are approximate. Returns based solely on these attributes will not be accepted.
  2. Products with beads, stones, embroidery, sequins, or delicate embellishments may naturally shed or loosen over time. This is not considered a defect. Customers are advised to keep this in mind before purchasing.
  3. Slight variations in color may occur due to:
  • Screen resolutions
  • Display settings
  • Lighting conditions
  • Browser differences

Such variations are normal and not considered valid reasons for return.

Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been processed or approved by Century Wedding Centre, it cannot be cancelled.

REFUND PROCEDURE

  • Century Wedding Centre reserves the right to determine the refund method—either a credit note or an exchange option.
  • Refund processing may take up to 12 (twelve) working days from the date of receiving the returned product.

Decisions made by Century Wedding Centre will be final and binding.

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the Kannur jurisdiction, Kerala.

Century Wedding Centre’s liability is limited to the price of the product in question.
